3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your details.

Parts Compatibility

1. How do I ensure the part fits my AC or Cooler?

We recommend checking the Model Number of your appliance against the compatibility list on the product page. If you are unsure, you can send a photo of your old part to our WhatsApp support.

2. Are the parts genuine?

Yes, we specialize in high-quality electronic components and genuine spare parts to ensure the longevity of your appliances.

Shipping & Tracking

1. How do I track my order if I don't have an account?

We will send a tracking link directly to your email and SMS as soon as the package is dispatched. You can use that link to see real-time updates.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the parts ordered.

Payments

1. What payment options are available for guests?

You can pay using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most locations.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use encrypted payment gateways to ensure that your transaction details are always safe and private.

Returns & Warranty

1. How do I request a return without an account?

To start a return, simply click on the "Returns" link in our website footer and enter your Order ID and Email Address.

2. What if I receive a damaged electronic part?

Please report any physical damage within 48 hours of delivery. For electronic items like PCBs, returns are only accepted if the item is non-functional or incorrect.
