Guest Checkout & Ordering
No, you can shop at PartsDepot as a guest. Simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout by providing your email and shipping address.
Once your order is placed, we will send a detailed confirmation and digital invoice to the email address you provided during checkout.
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your details.
Parts Compatibility
We recommend checking the Model Number of your appliance against the compatibility list on the product page. If you are unsure, you can send a photo of your old part to our WhatsApp support.

Shipping & Tracking
We will send a tracking link directly to your email and SMS as soon as the package is dispatched. You can use that link to see real-time updates.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the parts ordered.
Payments
You can pay using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most locations.

Returns & Warranty
To start a return, simply click on the "Returns" link in our website footer and enter your Order ID and Email Address.
Please report any physical damage within 48 hours of delivery. For electronic items like PCBs, returns are only accepted if the item is non-functional or incorrect.
